Trigger Points are specific points throughout the body located in taut muscle fibers, which may refer pain to other areas. Employing continuous pressure on these precise troublesome areas will help loosen and release the tension.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue is a style of massage that affects all layers of muscle and fascia. Utilizing heavy, slow and sustained pressure to alleviate chronic patterns of tension and structural misalignments, leaving your muscles free of pain and agony.

Sports
Sports massage is especially designed to prepare an athlete for an upcoming event or recovery from past workouts.This is achieved through specialized manipulation that stimulates circulation of blood and lymph, followed by incorporating stretching techniques to elongate the muscles for increased efficiency.

Swedish
Swedish massage is the classic of all massages. Gentle, rhythmic, gliding and kneading strokes done in the direction of the heart to enhance venous blood and lymph flow, which softens tense sore muscles and soothes both body and mind.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is slow, corrective stretching of the body's fascia, which is thin tissue that surrounds every muscle and each individual muscle fiber in the body. This stretching helps to release deep chronic patters of tension caused by stress, injury or overuse.

Pre & Post Natal
Pre & Post Natal is a specialty massage that is geared to help expecting mothers' deal with the physical, mental, and emotional stresses of being pregnant. As well, it helps postnatal mothers recover from the pains of giving birth.

Reflexology
Reflexology restores a sense of balance by targeting pressure points on the feet and hands that correspond to specific areas of the body. Stimulation of these points with finger pressure improves circulation, reduces fatigue and promotes relaxation & healing elsewhere in the body.
