Health Insurance
We accept most types of PPO insurances. As a courtesy to our patients, we verify insurance coverage at our office before your appoinmnet. Please keep in mind that each insurance and policy is different and verification is not gaurantee of payment by the insurance company. Ultimaletly the patient is reponsible for charges incured during treatment.
For individuals in need of our services who lack insurance or have no insurance coverage, they will be treatd as "Self-pay". Self-pay patients will receive a discounted rate of our standard fee schedule.
